RCWD "Connecting Neighbors" Regional Waterline
Platte to Mitchell, South Dakota
PROJECT DESCIPTION
The regional waterline features 72 miles of HDPE water transmission pipeline that travels from Platte to Mitchell. The project also includes a new water storage facility, booster station, and critical infrastructure components. RCWD is also completing a 9,000 sf building addition to its Platte Treatment Plant to expand water treatment capacity and reliability.

Santee Sioux Tribe of Nebraska Water System Capacity & Infrastructure Improvements
Santee, Nebraska
PROJECT DESCIPTION
The project is to develop, design, construct, and administer a bulk drinking water delivery system, with all associated pipelines, pumping, and ancillary structures necessary to deliver safe and reliable drinking water to the Village of Santee and surrounding rural tribal areas. The estimated $43 million project includes an approximately 40-mile water transmission line along with necessary infrastructure.

Santee Water System Capacity & Infrastructure Improvements, Environmental Study
Santee, Nebraska
PROJECT DESCIPTION
With the Fast-41 approval, Pinpoint is working with The Permitting Council to conduct the environmental review for the Santee Water Capacity & System Improvements project. The environmental review will assess and report potential impacts on natural resources, ecosystems, and cultural sites, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Upon completion of the environmental review, the project will progress through permitting, mitigation measures (if needed), and release of federal funding so the project can progress to final design and construction.

Santee Sioux Tribe, Veteran's Memorial Drive, Design Engineering

PROJECT DESCIPTION
The approximately one-mile segment of the roadway is currently classified as being in fair-to-poor functional condition. The project’s primary objectives were infrastructure enhancement focused on improving surface drainage and pedestrian access. Engineering design work included culvert replacement, a new ADA-compliant sidewalk and new surfacing treatment.
